Colin (Nikita Chronis) is driving late one night. He’s upset. He’s angry. He’s had a bit to drink. And he’s unleashing that pent up emotion onto the throttle at his foot and the road beneath him. 

But when consequences come in the form of a struck dead pedestrian, Colin’s world is broken in two. Soon after, Doris (Rebecca Howell), the victim’s mother, comes out of her house to see the carnage. To Colin’s horror, she insists that he help her take the body into her home and have dinner with her until he sobers up. 

Faced first-hand with the horrible repercussions of his actions and Doris’ bizarre grieving process, Colin must choose – stay, and face the music, or run away once more into the night.
