Beverly (Mackenzie Mazur) and Charlie (Kate Thurkle) are a pair of housemates living with a mouse infestation, when Beverly's attempts to protect the rodents leaves Charlie badly injured.

While Charlie is incapacitated, Beverly discovers that a strange creature roams their home, and despite her pacifist inclinations, finds herself responsible to protect them both from this predatory threat. 

As the night progresses, it becomes clearer and clearer that the only way for Beverly to do the right thing may be for her to kill an animal.
